3. How to take the first step (and keep moving) - Practical guidance for starting smart, what to tackle first, how to sequence the work, and how to build enterprise buy-in along the way.
The workshop is led by Andres Naranjo, CEO of Software Toolbox. Andres has spent 25 years at the intersection of technology and industry, first as an entrepreneur, then as a Partner at McKinsey & Company for 13 years. Over the past five years, he built an Applied AI practice in Japan and helped take an AI-for-manufacturing startup from zero to one. Heā€™s a hands-on builder with deep experience deploying machine learning, computer vision, GenAI, and agentic AI in real industrial settings. "
