Medieval Times Night

Wednesday, February 18 — Starts at 7:00 PM

Join us for an unforgettable night of celebration, spectacle, and community as ProveIt! 2026 takes over Medieval Times Dallas for our signature all-attendee experience! Step inside an 11th-century castle where knights battle on horseback, falcons soar overhead, and the Queen presides over an evening of pageantry, tournament games, and a royal feast. 

Transportation will be provided from the conference venue starting at 6:00 PM.

Close out ProveIt! 2026 in unforgettable style at our All-Attendee Casino Night, held inside the iconic Union Station Dallas, a century-old Beaux-Arts landmark with soaring ceilings, grand architecture, and an atmosphere made for a glamorous night out.

Step into a world of high-stakes fun as Union Station transforms into a full casino floor featuring blackjack, roulette, craps, and more.

Our sponsors will be handing out funny money, surprise boosts, and even Mulligans (extra cash for chosen “high rollers”), making your casino strategy part strategy, part networking, all excitement, but not actually gambling.

Table Talks

Table Talks are a deliberate close to the ProveIt experience.

On Friday, the format shifts. Name tags come off, structure relaxes, and conversations become more open and direct.

These small-group discussions bring together manufacturing end users, engineers, integrators, and leaders to challenge assumptions, pressure-test ideas, and compare real-world experience — what worked, what didn’t, and lessons learned.

There are no presentations or scripts.
Just honest conversation, respectful disagreement, and shared learning grounded in practice.
