Virtual Factories 2026
Multiple factory environments—built on a shared digital infrastructure—so sponsors can prove how their systems publish, subscribe, and interact with live data. No slides. No fluff.

Enterprise A
Enterprise A is a single-site glass jar manufacturing facility serving the food & beverage industry. The factory operates a single production line producing 500mL clear glass jars at a rated capacity of 7,200 containers/hour.
Enterprise B
Enterprise B is a multi-site beverage bottling enterprise producing a variety of liquid consumer products for regional distribution. The enterprise operates three geographically distributed sites with similar but right-sized process configurations.
Production consists of batch liquid preparation followed by high-speed rinse, fill, cap, label, and palletizing operations.
Enterprise C
Point Three Therapeutics (PTT) is a paper-based biopharmaceutical startup producing an enzyme through fed-batch fermentation. The operation looks familiar—single-use equipment, batch production, and heavy documentation.
Beneath the surface lies a modern challenge: data lives in silos while processes live on paper. Sponsors are given access to real batch data, paper records, and raw edge connectivity—without PLC control— and are challenged to show how a life science facility like PTT could evolve.
